Sunday 'Lift-In' Catering 26th March

You've got me in the kitchen again! Yippee. Due to the disruption to the Lift-In plan this week and a busy day expected on Sunday we will be opening the Galley for Breakfast and Lunch: Jonathan, Sharon and I will be there to serve breakfast rolls from approx 10am until 1130, we will close then to be ready to keep the crew energised with their lunch at 1230.
General galley opening will ONLY happen once the lift-in crew have been served. We will then have some portions of food available for general purchase. I hope you understand the priority is to the crews who will be working their socks off to get as many on the water as possible.
Breakfast: Sausage, Bacon, Eggs available to go in rolls, toast, tea & coffee
Lunch:
- Cottage Pie served with Peas
- Broccoli and Stilton Soup served with a roll
- Fruit Crumble and custard
- Toasties and Ploughman's will also be available
- Any bacon/sausages/eggs left!
Great opportunity to talk to me about Galley Duty, including providing what you are happy serving or if you have any ideas for events. There has been talk of a Paella Party.organiser required!
