Duties on the Water Volunteers Needed!

Spending time on the water is a fantastic way to enjoy the stunning scenery of Langstone and Chichester Harbours, and we're still looking for volunteers to help with on-the-water duties this season.

We especially need:

  • Race Officers No experience? No problem! Full training is available.
  • Safety Boat Drivers Must have RYA Powerboat Level 2 or significant powerboat experience, and have completed a RIB familiarisation session with our Bosun.

If you can help now or in the future, please get in touch at sailingsec@langstonesc.org.uk Your club needs you!

We're aiming to send our launch boat 'Sinbad' to support Chichester Harbour Race Week (1115 August), based at Hayling Island Sailing Club. This is a flagship racing event, and we need volunteers to crew Sinbad for one or more days.
