Retired Wayfarer sailor Dennis Taylor

We would like to let you know that our Dad sadly died on Sat 8th June.
Dad and Mum (Eleanor) joined the club in 1960 with a Graduate dinghy and sailed and raced actively until the early 2000's latterly in Wayfarer 1057.
During our teenage years LSC was a major part of our lives.
Dad retained his LSC membership and his very fond memories of some brilliant times on and off the water with family and many friends that he made through sailing.
Dad enjoyed a long, healthy and happy life. Old friends would be welcome to join us at his funeral and celebration of his life, to be held in the clubhouse.

Date: 1st July, 2024 Crematorium - family only Church service - 11.00am@ South Hayling United Reformed Church Hollow Ln, Hayling Island, PO11 9EY
Celebration of Life from 12.30pm onwards at Langstone Sailing club,Langstone Rd, Havant PO9 1RD
Dress code: Anything except black please. Bright colours preferred. Flowers from family only. We hope you can join us.
