New extension TOBY HAMER ROOM

The Toby Hamer Room is now available to use, the room first use was the boat jumble and has subsequently been used for a general committee meeting, and a subcommittee meeting, the room has also been booked by the music section for their jam seasons. Two tables have been placed outside the room and you will find parasols in the garage for shade. We still have a small amount of work to complete the upstairs patio, we hope to complete this before the start of the season at Easter.

Toby Hamer was a well respected club member who sadly died in a canoe accident in 2017 aged 23. He gave his time freely as a sailing instructor, was a keen Junior racer and contributed to 6 Junior weeks. He was also our first power boat instructor.
