Tall Ships Youth Trust Talk about their work and racing program.

In 2023 a team of young TSYT volunteers crewed in the 50th RORC Rolex Fastnet Race, financially sponsored by a group of generous adult fellow competitors.

The experience inspired us to launch the Tall Ships Youth Trust Ocean Racing Pathway, combining youth leadership in outdoor learning and the competitive and challenging world of offshore racing. The result was an inspiring and emotional personal journey for all involved.

Two new youth teams were selected and trained hard to compete in the 2025 Fastnet Race. The Racing Pathway provides a unique and compelling outdoor learning experience and we're keen to share our stories as we plot a new course towards the race in 2027.
