Sinbad and New RIB Familiarisation session 17th July 7pm

We are running familiarisation sessions for Sinbad and the new RIB this Wednesday evening starting 7pm.

The new RIB session will be taken by Ian Elkington and is aimed at those who will be doing on the water dutiesand used to drive the old orange rib or have at least an RYA power boat 2 qualification or equivalent experience.

The Sinbad session will be taken by Mike Ford with the purpose to get people more confident in taking Sinbad out to run Langstone races it is aimed at Race Officers or Race Officer assistants who have some experience of driving power boats.

Please email sailingsec@langstonesc.org if you are interested or if you can't make this but would like a familiarisation session.

The sessions will be on the water and the weather forecast is looking good. The bar will be open afterwards. If interested please express an interest as spaces on the RIB are limited.
Meet time is 7pm at the Club and the session is likely to last around an hour to an hour and a half.
