Well done to Ariane for winning with her photo of the kestrel at the top of the pontoon with the juniors sailing in the background. Excellent representation of wildlife around the club. Stewart, second place with number 5. Who needs a guard dog? and Rosemary third with number 8. Cygnets and sailboats.
Ariane's photo will be submitted for the Federation wide competition. Here's hoping we win!!
We didn't get any junior photo entries this year and I am sure there are many more budding adult photographers out there. Well, keep clicking those cameras as we will be running the competition again next year. Watch this space."

The theme is 'wildlife' and/or habitat andphotos must be local to Langstone as defined in the rules. The photos can either be taken over the next few weeks or ones you have already taken.
Age categories:
- 11 and under
- 12 - 17
- Adult 18 +
Closing date for Langstone sailing club competition 30 June 2023 after which we will chose our 3 winning photos and send them to the Federation for their closing date of 14 July 2023
The winners from each category will then be put forward to a harbour wide competition which will be judged by Chichester Harbour Conservancy.
We ask that you are happy for us to share your image and for the club to display if you win your category and that you don't disturb any wildlife in the process of taking the pictures.

- Maximum of 3 photos to be submitted digitally as jpgs per person.
- Subject - either wildlife and/or habitat around Langstone Sailing Club.
