Summer news from the bar - August 2023

The Indian Summer is on its way, (maybe)!
Come and join us at LSC's bar for a well-earned drink after sailing, or just because you like to socialise with other members. New members are always especially welcome.
For warmer weather we have some summery drinks: as well as our usual offerings of chilled soft drinks, draught real ale, cider and lager, red, white and rose wines we now have a choice of low and no alcohol beers and lagers, or how about a glass of Pimms or an Aperol spritz?
From 1st October we are reluctantly increasing prices on many of our products. Some of the increases might seem dramatic but they are forced on us by constantly rising prices on all our purchases. Please be aware that drinks and snacks will be more expensive, but will still show incredibly good value when compared to other clubs and pubs and our high standards will always be maintained.
New bar staff are always welcome, if you'd like to include some bar volunteering among your duties contact me on bar@langstonesc.org.uk for more information. Prior experience is useful but not essential as training will be given.
