PILATES CLASS in February

LSC Member Roz will be giving a Pilates class in February in the clubroom.

All are welcome, attendees must have their own mat and wear comfortable stretchy clothing. A water bottle is also advised.

Starting Monday the 5th Feb at 7pm and running for 4 weeks:
