New LSC initiative following the success last year with the Juniors and demand from Adults. Join us for an afternoon of fun on the water for all !!
Combined session for the Juniors JIB and Social Sail with a fun Orienteering Sail Game.
To begin, look at the map of the marks which will be at the clubhouse on the day, and how many points each is worth. Then work out which ones you can get to within the time limit. Then to the boats and the start line! Clip your card at each mark and when you have finished get back to the finish and hand-in your card. Penalties for going over the time limit ! Your boats' handicap and the time taken will be taken into account when calculating the results. If that sounds complicated, it will all be explained at a briefing at the start so that all juniors and adults understand the game.
The boat earning the most points will be the winner.
A BBQ is organised following the game : £5 pp
