LSC End of Season Celebration and Prize Giving 2025- LIST Winners & PHOTOS

The LSC End of Season Celebration and Prize Giving 2025 took place last Saturday and was very well attended. Members gathered to celebrate another successful year for the club and to recognise the dedication and achievements of sailors across all age groups.

The atmosphere was warm as Jane, Stewart, and Trevor spoke about plans for the upcoming 2026 season. Awards were then presented by our Commodore, John Bassford, who congratulated all recipients on their hard work and accomplishments.

A huge thank you to all those who helped to run and participated in events this year, it was fun. The Sailing Committee is already planning for 2026 so if you have any ideas for new events or tweaks (for example changes to the event or times sailed) to existing races, social sails/paddles, training/coaching or just want to feedback on what you have/haven't enjoyed please email me, Jane Noble, sailingsec@langstonesc.org.uk, so we can consider them. All input, including from new members, is really important to us.

Come to the club to celebrate the 2025 season to chat and share tales with other members :

Saturday 15th November
8:00pm Start.

Bar open with crisps and nuts.
There will be a rolling display of photos, a brief resume of the season (dinghies, cruisers and paddles sports) as well as prizes and awards presentation.
The table football, pool table and darts board will be available to use.

All welcome, including new members - there will be committee members and experienced sailors who will happily an provide details of what is on offer in 2026.
