The Course for the Time Trial ! Forecast is NNW F3 veering NNE during the morning.
In Langstone Harbour the Start line is a transit from Railway to the clubhouse, then Carrells, Green channel marker, Oyster, Bridge, back to the start.

Safety boat 10:30-12:30 but you can also sail the course outside of those times.
