Charity Caribbean Night

These are a few pictures from our Charity Caribbean night. We all enjoyed great food from our chef Bev, music from John Gleadall and Glenda's wonderful decorations are still up for everyone to enjoy.

We also raised just over £1250 for the Douglas Roosevelt school In Portsmouth, Dominica that we visited during our time in the Caribbean. It had been hit by hurricane Maria the year before, and still had no roof on the library, and were lacking much basic equipment that we all take for granted. The head teacher, Mr Teddy Wallace and all the school send their heartfelt thanks, and will send photos in due course to show us what they have done with the funds.
