Round Hayling Island on One Tide (RIOT)

Sail round Hayling Island in company - the direction will depend on the conditions. Booking is essential - a form will be available here nearer the event.

Briefing: 10:30am (Boat should be rigged before briefing)

Leave Shore: 11.00am

Expected sailing time: 3 - 4 hours, possibly longer if wind is light

You should either have a sea-worthy boat of your own or have pre-booked a Club boat using the normal process (Vision or Quest, NO Fevas). Generally only dinghies faster that PT 1151 i.e. Laser Radial and faster will be allowed.

Juniors sailing with other junior crew should be at least RYA Stage 3 and be supervised by their parents / suitable adult boat buddy. Less experienced adults should sail with competent sailors.

You will be required to buddy up with other boats for safety reasons, this will be arranged on the day.

We will cover sailing instructions in more detail at the briefing. Any changes to the above will be posted on this calendar entry.
